About Harry
Harry Macheras is a multidisciplinary artist and creative director based in Athens, Greece.
He began in graphic design more than thirty years ago — print, typography, identity — and has spent the decades since widening the field: visual communication, art direction, motion, digital products and cultural projects.
Today the practice is deliberately multidisciplinary. It moves between screens and material: interactive cultural experiences, ceramics and physical objects, generative and AI-assisted research, and long-form work with cities, mythology and archaeology.
The through-line is a way of thinking rather than a medium — asking what a culture keeps, what it forgets, and how technology and material change the answer.
